Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, unless in the case of an emergency, I kindly ask that you reschedule within a reasonable time frame prior to your appointment.
•Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be required to pay a deposit before rescheduling.
•NO SHOWS will be charged for 50% of the service booked. If the service you booked required a deposit, you will NOT be refunded said deposit.
